Who We Are
A concept combines gastronomy and agriculture to form sustainable gastronomy which has not been implemented yet in Turkey, Root International Institute draws strength from the solid foundation of roots that grow in the soil and reach the palate. It is fed by the face that serves sustainable agriculture, which is open to development and has surprises at every moment. Withing this concept, we offer professional and semi-professional courses to the participants of all ages, as well as workshop programs to individuals who wants to improve their skills in culinary arts.

As Root International Institute; We work every day to re-discover interdisciplinary concepts that contain depth and knowledge underlying culinary culture. While adapting this interdisciplinary perspective to our courses, we remain committed to the pursuit of sustainability by discovering the strong roots of the profession. As Root International Institute, we invite everyone who wants to explore to the game. We are waiting for you to be our playmates in the garden where this game continues which has established on experience.

Our Mission
We know that gastronomy education is not limited to the kitchen, we realize the value of ancient knowledge coming from the soil for future production. At Root International Institute, we fill the definition of gastronomy by feeding on cultures from all over the world. While searching for clues about cuisine, our main goal is not to forget the value of local and ancient knowledge, to create a basis on using this knowledge and to carry it to the future with you.

While following the power of the current and the past, we trace the diversity of the products which our roots offer to us. From the past to the present within this diversity which has been provided by our Geography; we move upwards together with interdisciplinary playmakers.
